My name is Bénédicte Matondo, born in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo. From a young age, cooking has been at the heart of my life. I have always loved creating dishes that bring people together, offering comfort, joy, and memorable flavors to my family and friends. This desire to share good food has shaped my passion and guided me toward my true calling.

Today, as a mother of two boys, I am turning this passion into a meaningful journey: food production, culinary services, and writing my first book. Every recipe, every creation, every blend of spices reflects my story, my values, and my identity.

Driven by a strong commitment to excellence and guided by my Christian faith, I strive to give the very best of myself. I believe that God has placed a unique gift in each of us, and I choose to use mine in the service of taste, connection, and inspiration.
